    That's great news!

    We've just sent out our references for the new flat and so far (touch wood) it looks like everything is a-ok. The holding fee was cashed in today so now we're £700 poorer (and it really shows).

    In 2 days time, we'll know if we'll be moving in, so still a bit of nail-biting going on...

    Mate, I know exactly how you feel. Its really tense stuff, keeps butterflies in the tummy. All I can say is that through it all, keep your wits with you and just roll with it.

    Oh, and play some Warcraft.
